As your birth doula i will be there to support you emotionally and physically during your pregnancy and birth. Included in this package: 2 prenatal visits where we will discuss your birth plan and talk about comfort techniques and how your birthing partner can help support you text, call and virtual support throught your pregnancy in person support during labor and birth and one hour postpartum one postpartum visit to check in and discuss how everybody is adjusting, consult any doubts etc.
